Pure Ghee

Description : Anhydrous Milk Fat is a pure milkfat produced from fresh cream. It is the perfect high quality fat ingredient which has excellent natural keeping qualities, hence it gives a natural dairy flavour and creaminess to finished products. This product is virtually free of moisture and contains no chemical additives, preservatives, flavours, foreign fats or other impurities.

Application : Suitable for grilling, roasting, causes, ice cream, confectionary, bakery applications, and recombined dairy products.
