Description: Shortening is specially texturized to impart good plasticity and ease of use at ambient temperature. It is specially formulated to ensure good leaving and tendering effect in dough products. Our shortening provides food texture and shortening effect for biscuits and cookies.

Application : Bakery industries, ideal for automatic and semi-automatic production of bread,biscuits, cookies, pastries, wafers and sandwich cream for biscuits.
